Bespoke Jewellery
Bespoke jewellery refers to items that are:
- customised to the customer’s specification
- produced following CAD design approval
- personalised or engraved
Bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins, except where required by law.
CAD Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing CAD designs carefully before approving production.
Once CAD designs are approved, the customer confirms that the design meets their requirements.
Elysium Diamonds cannot accept responsibility for design changes requested after approval.

Full payment is required before production begins for bespoke jewellery.
